Dr. James R. Fedich Recognized for Patient-Centered Care as a 2026 NJ Top Doctor
Dr. James R. Fedich has been reviewed and approved as a NJ Top Doc based on merit for 2026. For Dr. Fedich, chiropractic care is more than a profession. It is something he experienced firsthand long before he ever imagined becoming a chiropractor.
His interest began in eighth grade after a family trip to upstate New York took an unexpected turn. A car accident left him with severe back pain and sidelined him from basketball, the sport he loved. After weeks of struggling with pain and limited mobility, he visited a chiropractor. A careful evaluation and his first gentle spinal adjustment brought relief, and within two weeks, he was back on the basketball court.
That experience stayed with him. Seeing the difference chiropractic care made in his own life, along with the patients he later watched recover in that chiropractic office, inspired Dr. Fedich to pursue the field himself.
He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2003, where he was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Scholastic Honor Society and consistently recognized on the Dean’s List. He was also involved with the Student American Chiropractic Association and the Sports Science and Human Performance Club. He previously earned his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from the University of Hartford, where he was named to the President’s List, participated in the Pre-Professional Club, and played rugby.
Today, Dr. Fedich brings a personal understanding of pain, recovery, and the importance of getting back to the activities that matter most. His practice focuses on helping patients address a wide range of concerns, including back and neck pain, migraines, whiplash, sinus issues, and athletic injuries. Above all, he strives to provide thoughtful, compassionate care that helps patients move more comfortably, stay active, and feel more like themselves again.
