Our office is certified to perform CDL Physicals, Drug and Alcohol Testing and  offer same day testing. We know how difficult it can be to obtain your CDL Physical in NJ and the problems encountered in other clinics. We make the process of getting your Physicals and Drug and Alcohol testing simple and easy!

At Village Family Clinic We Perform CDL And DOT Physicals for Medical Examiner Certificates. As of 5/21/14, all CDL Drivers must have a valid Medical Examiners Certification With Them at All Times. Beginning on this date, this exam can only be performed by a NRCME Registered Provider. These providers must have a proper medical license as well as have taken a rigorous course in performing these exams and passed a 120 question examination. In addition to our doctors being certified, we are certified collectors for drug and alcohol testing. We can offer random drug and alcohol test, post accident testing, as well as pre-employment screenings.

Our Office is located in the Allamuchy Corporate Center in Allamuchy, NJ. We are less than 1 mile off exit 19, route 80. We have a large parking lot and can accommodate all vehicles.
